Walkthrough Consultations, also known as walk-and-talks, are offered to help in the bidding process before a contract is submitted. They are not home inspections, and you should never relinquish your right to a complete home inspection, but we understand everyone’s timing and circumstances are different. During a Walkthrough Consultation we spend between 1 and 3 hours walking around the property with you and talking about what we see. No tools are used, no systems are operated, and no report is generated. You are encouraged to take notes and photographs to help you understand conditions on site at the time of the consultation.
